Lifestyle Lift

So why do I always have to be the first one to jump off the deep end? Who knows.....just something in my character, I guess.
Anyway, here in the good ole' USA, American doctors have come up with a "new" procedure whereby one can have two or three chins removed surgically without the traditional costs. $5,000. or thereabouts as compared to $20,000. or so. The reason for the cost difference is quite simple. You are NOT put to sleep and this is done on an outpatient basis. Yep, you heard that right.
As you can see in the last picture, I had developed by this past Thanksgiving ROLLS of flesh under the attractive chin that was no longer visible to the naked eye. This procedure seemed made for ME.
As soon as I returned from my trip to Germany last month, I was set to go. So 11 days ago, off I went. Well, actually scheduled for 10 days ago, but I procrastinated a day. (That would be me.) Eight Days Post-Op
One Day Post-Op

Surgery Day

I don't know about you, but I see a big difference here.

No anesthesia?! Did they give a shot to relax? They could have at least given you a good stiff drink! Your chin looks great! Glad you are doing well! I was starting to get worried about you!
I knew I didn't read or hear your name in the obituaries!
